In my role, I provided essential administrative support to the VP of Promotion and Regional Promotion Managers. This involved efficiently managing Sony Music Nashville artist calendars for travel arrangements and logistics, as well as compiling and organizing contact information for radio partners.

 

Additionally, I took charge of composing email blasts targeted toward radio partners and meticulously analyzed daily airplay and consumption reports to aid promotion staff and artist managers in decision-making. Demonstrating initiative and reliability, I confidently handled my supervisor's daily tasks during their absence, ensuring seamless operations within the team.
